Shipping policy

Most orders are shipped within 3-5 days unless you order a preorder item. Preorder items will delay shipping until all pieces on your order are in stock. All orders will be shipped via USPS! All tracking numbers are sent to the email used to place your order.

Our shipping rates are:

• $5.00 standard shipping,
• $8.00 per Zi Collection piece,
• FREE for any order of $75.00 or more.

Preorder: We will not bill you for preorder items until we have the item in our possession. Failure to pay for an item you have claimed will result in you not being able to shop with us in the future.
