Shipping

Most orders are shipped within 3-5 days unless you order a preorder item. Preorder items will delay shipping until all pieces on your order are in stock. All orders will be shipped via USPS! All tracking numbers are sent to the email used to place your order.

Our shipping rates are:

• $5.00 standard shipping,
• $8.00 per Zi Collection piece,
• FREE for any order of $75.00 or more.

 

Return & Refund

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!  We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at justthething73@gmail.com with details of the product, a picture of the product and the defect.
