Shipping, Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Tiki & Chief! Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We want to ensure we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts, Local pickup and shipped orders.:
- Processing Time: Normally 1-2 Business Days (may vary if we are on vacation).
- Standard Shipping Time: Normally 3 Days.
- Total Receiving Time = 5- 10 days (may vary if we are on vacation) AND
- Local pickup orders are pulled 24 hours from the time your order is completed (during normal business hours).
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we have received your order. A second email will be sent out with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Any question please reach out to us and we will reply you in 24 hours.
🚨 We are not responsible for carrier delays, natural disaster delays, or delays due to holidays.
Local Pickup orders:
Local pickup order will be pulled 24 hours after your order is complete (during normal business hours). Your order will be ready for pick up in 24-48 hours from the time online order is completed. This timeframe does not include weekends and holidays. Please see “Local Pickup” page for address.
Correct Shipping Address:
You are responsible for providing Your correct address. If your order gets delivered to the wrong address provided by You, there is absolutely nothing we can do about it. If your package gets sent back to us due to wrong address You put down, and you want that item Again, You will be responsible for the shipping fees again. Once shipping has been paid a second time, your order will ship out again.
We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages! Please request insurance (additional fee) for your package.
Most orders are shipped within 3-5 days unless you order a preorder item. Preorder items will delay shipping until all pieces in your order are in stock. All orders will be shipped via USPS! All tracking numbers are sent to the email used to place your order.
Our shipping rates are:
- $5.95 standard shipping,
- $8.00 per Zi Collection piece,
- FREE for any order of $75.00 or more.
Return & Refund
ALL SALES ARE FINAL! We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at @TIKICHIEFCOLLECTION@GMAIL.COM with details of the product, a picture of the product and the defect.
If we are unable to replace the defective item, we will issue a store credit. We will NOT issue any store credit WITHOUT picture. If you are local, please feel free to stop by the boutique during normal business hours.
In the email YOU MUST include:
•Order number and
•A picture of broken items (if proof is not provided, unfortunately we will not replace the broken product).
Ensuring you are completely satisfied is our utmost concern!
