Local Pickup Orders

Local Pick up orders:

Local pickup order will be pulled 24 hours after your order is complete (during normal business hours). Your order will be ready for pick up in 24-48 hours from the time online order is completed. This timeframe does not include weekends and holidays.

Damaged Items:
Unfortunately, sometimes our products get damage on its way to its destinations. If this occurs, in order for us to send you a replacement, you must email us at @TIKICHIEFCOLLECTION@GMAIL.COM

In the email YOU MUST include:

•YOUR Name

•Order number and

•A picture of broken items (if proof is not provided, unfortunately we will not replace the broken product).

Only a replacement can be provided in this case. We will NOT issue any store credit WITHOUT picture. If you are local, please feel free to stop by the boutique during normal business hours.
